Sales Executive (Logistics)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, network, and generate leads through market research, referrals, and other sales channels.
Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of logistics services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with logistics operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust sales tactics and strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals in CRM systems.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing customer support, resolving any issues related to transportation, shipping, or delivery services.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of UAE experience in logistics required
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Relevant Experience: Sales 2 years (Required)
Language: English & Hindi (Preferred)
License/Certification: Logistics (Preferred)
UAE driving License (Required)
Pay: AED 2,500.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month (Based on experience)
